Voting for President could be setup on a central server with remote standby backup systems running IMS FastPath to verify each voter is registered and valid by ID or signature. Tallying each vote in response mode, providing a receipt and logging the transaction for posterity. It is damn difficult to get into a back side server and near impossible to hack a parallel pair at the same point that isn't immediately detectable. Big Banks do money transactions this way everyday.

Retraction from what? My original post still stands that you took offense to. And honestly I don't care what Hillary sounded like. I'll say all, because I am not a PC person. I don't give two fucks if I "over generalize", everyone does at some point in their life. Crazy I know.
