I guess technically it was a win, but Floyd fans are celebrating like it was some major accomplishment, which it wasn't. He did not win on his technical boxing skill, but through exploiting a confusing situation. If that's how Floyd wants to win his matches, so be it. He is a cheap shot artist. Ortiz got the point deducted for his headbutt and was scolded by the ref. Mayweather just proves once again he's a bitch.
