I usually go for the fight weekend for the atmosphere. I wouldn't touch that town with a 50 foot pole this weekend. Going to be amatuer night in Vegas, not unlike MDW or LDW

I know someone who grinds poker for a living in Europe and they came in four days ago and will be here for another week to take advantage of all the people with money who might think poker sounds fun. But from what I gather, there aren't as many fish as he thought there would be. Even room prices have fallen a bunch because Vegas is not getting the expected influx of gawkers they predicted.

My father's getting it. He's been wanting to see this fight for years, and he's a huge Pac fan. Honestly, I'd rather see it on a big screen at Big Als or something, rather than my father's very old flat screen without HD. Time for a new TV, pops.

I doubt I'll watch real time. I'd like to, but the cost is too steep, none of my friends are interested in boxing, and I don't feel like being packed into a shitty bar with standing room only either. I'll watch it after the fact online somewhere.
