...what a snoozefest! Mayweather gets to cheat by holding whenever he wants and basically runs away from Manny all night. They should institute punch minimums -- if you don't throw X number each round then you lose point(s). Luckily I didn't have to pay for this shit, but I am sure those who did are sourly disappointed.

Mayweather said he was fighting with not one but two shoulder injuries after Manny and his promoter said he went into the fight with a shoulder injury. Manny said he was denied of drugs he wanted to take and was only able to fight at 60-65%.

I ended up missing the fight totally and didn't even read about it till I woke up today. Just goes to show how little interest boxing has for me nowadays. MMA, especially UFC is so superior to watch as spectator. Unless this world products the next Tyson (unearthly talent and ferocity), I can't see getting excited over boxing ever again.

It's like watching us play Memphis and getting mad that they try to work the ball into the post and play very physical. Why won't they run up and down the court and try to put up 120 on us?!
