His most honorable moment.

Had he carried himself with that kind of dignity and respect during the campaign, he might have won.

His silly supporters are still whining and shouting obscenities....classless.

i keep waiting for him to end with, and for my final words i'd like to close with

LIVE from new york....

It is really quite good. He should concede more often :)

and had the republicans won(under the exact same circumstances), obama's supporters would be doing the same.

it happens. it's not a big deal. get over it.

I thought it was good a good speech as well. And I got annoyed by the boos, some people need to grow up. lol

It was an exceptional speech. As said, he was not in charge of his campaign. The people running his campaign were the same people who ran Bush's campaign against McCain in 2000.

McCain's campaign was dirty and horribly run but I have a lot of respect for the man. He silenced critics who "were scared" of Obama during his rallies and I agree that had he acted like he did during his speech throughout the entire election process, he may have won. Other than choosing Palin, he did everything right and it was the people who ran his campaign that focused way too much on negative ads rather than positive ones and ultimately screwed him over.

Nice speech. Good of him to refrain from saying stuff like "that one" will be our next president.

. . . and those are the people that would be running the government had he been elected. . . .

I call bullshit.

I don't think Cheney would be involved in the administration, nor most of Bush's appointees. Rove wouldn't be his special advisor. Andy Card wouldn't have been his chief of staff. Rice wouldn't be his Secy. of State. And so on.

you're focusing too high on the pyramid.

I'm interested in who will run the agencies and departments; who will be the top people at Justice, etc.

Unless Obama fires everyone, the same people.
