McDyess on Oden

That's what the fuck I'm talkin' about. I can listen to all the McMillan, Rice, MB, et all, praise out there, but it only does so much for me.

But when opponents, especially a tough veteran like McDyess has something like that to say, I'll buy it. McD is a tough pro who has been around the block. So I can respect what he says (and get a little bit giddy).

How is that a strong first post????? He quoted somebody else and you give him props? That was probably the worst 1st post on here ever!

Jealousy rears it's ugly head. Can't believe you are already feeling threatened by "THE" OneSport3.

Strong first post OP

Yeah, well... Oden's first pre-season game against the Kings was strong, too. Let's see how he does in a game thread before calling him a once-in-a-generation poster.

Jealousy/threatened? Probably not.

Excessive/incessant hyperbole? More than likely.

It's funny that the only once-in-a-generation posters in the history of western civilization were the Farah Fawcett poster and the Lamborghini Countach poster - and they were both from the same generation...

Excessive/Incessant hyperbole rears it's ugly head does not have the same ring to it. Do not temper with my artistic license, Mister.

Well if he is a Once in a Generation Poster we can't expect him to develop without the tutelage of a washed up former first ballot poster like THE "HCP". Really the fault lies with Denny Crane, it's his responsibility to get OneSport3 some help and he hasn't. Way to throw the board under the bus Denny Crane!

You can talk about Denny not Crane-slapping anyone or stealing away a great former poster to train OneSport3, but really it comes down to McMinstrel -- if he can't give OneSport3 five to ten threads a night to post up in, we're all doomed! :ohno:

I'll stick with Nik-y, thanks. He's my guy. Maybe Nik and OneSport3 can post together, at the same time.
