Melo played for so many coaches and roster changes with the Knicks there was never a culture there...then he played with selfish players when he left NY.....his success is a reflection of our coaching staff and the character and unselfishness of our roster....Stotts is the perfect coach for Melo and Dame is the perfect teammate..with Nurk he's seeing a whole new team and he's pumped upMelo wasn't all that before the shut down. He must have worked his ass off during the down time. He's in significantly better shape now and every facet of his game is improved. Plus he seems to have stopped stat hunting and is laser focused on just playing and competing. And winning. And since he's playing instead of thinking, his stats and his contributions have both improved
I like Melo version 20.20
