we are making a run and Bayless's energy and play is a huge part of it and then he is taken out! How, I ask "how", can any coach be this stupid? I totally understand if Bayless wants to be traded, hell I would too, our coaches are friggin idiots and azzholes. Thx for listening to this incredibly frustrated Blazers fan.

Talk about a short leash. The guy makes one bonehead play (tries to split a double in playground fashion by throwing the ball and thinking you can go around or through the defense) and he gets yanked.

Totally overrated as a GM. He's good on draft day but after that he's absolute garbage.

Why Was Bayless Pulled?

He played so well in the 4th and got us back into the game. He was being aggressive but then he just made one turnover and gets yanked for Steve Blake. Seems like our rookies are put on a "short leash" and if they make a mistake they get pulled. Our players can't grow and prosper if they are treated like that.

I can't help but feel that if drafted by another team, Bayless and Oden wouldn't have been so mismanaged, and would have had very different beginnings to their careers.

I thought Jerryd played really well tonight, but he played 17 minutes and was -10. Blake played 38 minutes and was -2. I understand the anger, but perhaps the coaching staff is seeing things we're not.

Good on draft day? He passed on Millsap in 2006 and passed on on Dejuan Blair this year. Our weakness is back-up PF.
