Just saw a commercial with Rudy in it for the dunk contest on tnt.

I'm not sure if you're being serious with this question, but yes, I believe you can use the other competitors as a prop, assuming they're willing.
"Make sure you tell the fans not to vote for me," Fernandez said with a smile. "The four days of rest for my body sounds better. But at the same time it would be a wonderful opportunity to see the All-Star Game live and to take part in the activities."
Another dilemma for Fernandez is finding a partner for the contest. He admits if he is chosen, he would like to bring a teammate to throw lobs or bounce passes to him. Rodriguez, however, has already said "no way," citing his desire to be on a beach resting during the break.
"I need to work on Sergio, or maybe Brandon (Roy)," Fernandez said. "I don't know."
Roy said he would gladly assist Fernandez, particularly if he is already going to be in Phoenix for Sunday's main game. He said Fernandez asked him before Thursday's Christmas game if he would be open to the idea.
"I'd do it for Rudy," Roy said. "I wouldn't even think of going to it -- last year when I was there I took my family out to dinner on Saturday night and watched the dunk contest in the restaurant. But if I make it (to Phoenix), and he makes it, I'll do it, just to support my teammate. That's what it's about."
I think he would be better in the 3-point shoot out.
Well, he is a rookie adjusting to the grind of a long season, playing big minutes and facing the prospect of a playoff run. I'd say he's smart in trying to get some rest when he can.great we finally have guys who may be there, but want no part in it? Is this how all NBA payers feel or ?
