Roy, Bayless consecutive bad possessions/shots.

I can only think they were expecting make-up calls, but those were bad decisions. If Roy wants that call, he should keep going with the ball rather than actually lettig a shot off for Anderson to block. See also Bayless, Jerryd.

kind of an ugly start.

This is the first game back from the road trip. Its always the hardest game. This shouldn't be surprising that we're feeling dead legs tonight.

What's your point? You said they were outhustling us, which wasn't necessarily true.

Okay, I was wrong, but they are crashing the boards pretty hard on the offensive side, at least did in the first quarter.

The energy of this game feels terrible. I'm worried Denver is going to run away with this thing. It's just too easy for them offensively right now.

Energy? It just looks like bad matchups to me.

Good pass by Bayless.

Outworked and out manned, and going up soft.

I wouldn't say that. The team is legitimately playing hard. It's tough when you don't have the personnel though.

sweet, Juwan Howard apparently has turned into the increbile hulk.

lol if that was Oden bull dogging someone down on offense it would be an offensive foul. Refs love the opposing team.

Roy is so
amazing in his ability to score in an effortless but incredible manner.

Bayless may not be scoring, but his presence is affecting the game. Other players are getting cleaner looks.

Anyone else wish we had a player who when other teams tried to physically intimidate us, he'd come in and go Rick Mahorn on their ass?

Well Bayless is seeing the doubles. So far a rought night, but he isn't doing too bad with it. Just need experience with seeing doubles and know what to do.

Denver seems more focused on stopping Bayless than they do Roy. Maybe that is their game plan - let Roy get his but shut down option #2/3. Everytime JB gets the ball on the perimeter they are running a double at him.

Which is why its so important that he's getting this playing time. Only way to grow as a player is to experience this type of defense.

I notice that rarely happened when Oden was in the game. Meaning temas were scared to play physical when he was in.

Yep. I think that's actually the 2nd worst thing about him and Joel being out. We have no big guy that could break you in half by accident.

Lamarcus is such a different shooter from 20' than he is from 17/18'. I hate it when he gets pushed out that far.

Martin the dirty A hole again.

Martell don't dribble anymore please

And that, friends, is why Martel isn't a guard.
