Miami Heat Set

Tell me what you think and how I can improve it. I've been working on this for like 2 weeks now. I cut all the pics except for 2 or 3 of them. In the beginning, I was thinking about doing all the players but it's hard to find good quality pics for Posey and everybody else who is missing.

Take off the outer glow on all the players, it doesnt look good at all. The bgrounds are nice, but the text is boring.
