That was before he went senile. I don't think he's even been in a courtroom in years, except for his three divorces.

But last week, Axios reported that Cohen testified to Congress last year that he had no idea whether Trump knew about the meeting in advance.

And now, BuzzFeed reports that Lanny Davis, Cohen’s lawyer, has admitted he was one of the anonymous sources for the CNN story, and that he cannot corroborate his account of Cohen’s story.
 
...in other news, water is wet.

...it has already been established that Davis was speaking out of his ass and speaking out of turn...he is not Cohen's lead lawyer.

The thing about lawyers is they will spin anything to support their clients case because they profit from it...they don't have to tell the truth..they have to cause reasonable doubt. None of these fat cat lawyers are working pro bono for a cause last time I checked...it's much less about what lawyers air in the media than about what evidence the prosecution has that's indisputable

Cohen is not the most honest person in the world. You've got to take what he says with a grain of salt unless backed up by lots of other evidence.

The Washington Times and the Washington Examiner are not credible sources. Sure, they could be telling the truth but I wouldn't waste my time reading crap from an unreliable source. There are credible sources out there

Bad day at the hospital. I'm okay now but for a while it was no fun. Got home and my wife got me a nice steak sub for lunch. Now, I'm enjoying reading what you guys have to say.

How 'bout you?

This reminds me. Often times when I'd ask my brother how he was doing he would go into this long story of how bad he felt. I had to tell him that people only want to hear about how good your day was going. He paused, seemed to relfect and went quiet. I'll never know how he took it. Now, here I am violating my own rule. Bad boy, Lanny, bad boy.

The one thing you should know, is if I ask, I am truly interested, I was kind of concerned as there was only the B string to banter with. You had to bring up a Sub, now I am hungry, other than that I am doing okay.

The sub was good. Had jalapenos, peperoncinis, green bell pepper, oil and vinegar. I was only missing the cooked onions which they don't carry.

Tonight, I'm having a roasted cornish game hen. Gonna do it so the skin is brown and crispy and the white meat is juicy not dry. That will be accompanied by mashed potatoes and corn.

Gotta hit the sack early. My wife is feeling puny.

Haahahaa I am glad I did not read this last night. After the sub tease I was so hungry that I went home and ate twice. Who knows what would have happened if I had seen this.
