I wanted a simple and clean look for this, but I probably spent more time on this than I have on any other sig I've made.

2 things- text is terrible. Work on that.and Color your BG's more often/ It looks unfinished B/W

Yeah maybe try to include some red into the background, also fix that text up. I'd get rid of that lightning bolt unless this was a sig of L.T. or something.
