Should I fiddle with my anger management medication that I am absolutely furious when I open a box of them and it's mostly red ones with only a few of the green and orange ones that I really like?

Get a straw, put a red one in your mouth and suck it until it will fit in straw, aim at co-worker and let the little spit torpedo fly!

Used to do that with Red Hots in the movie theater when I was a kid. They fly soooooo much better than spit wads.
