I think that the Blazers should consider signing Moore. He was just released by Golden State, not the prototype big man but he can shoot out to the foul line and hustles

Isn't he injured and out until April or May?

I think we have a roster full of those type of players.

He's got a bum ankle that supposedly is going to keep him out for the rest of the season. :dunno: (Mark Stein tweeted this today IIRC).

So can Pendergraph and Howard...

About 5 years ago the Sonics were about a .300 team. He was about their 12th man. They picked him up for free in the late summer, almost never played him all season, and released him after the season ended. That was on one of the worst teams in NBA history. Sonic fans expected to never see him in the league again. Somehow, some way, he got a new contract and lives on.

He is bone-thin. He looks like he begs for money on the street. He plays PF but what can he do with a body like that?

No way. The team alread has a rich man's Mikki Moore in Jeff Pendergraph. Why bring in a scrub?

At this point with the season going how it is, why would we do that? We might as well go ahead and get our bench guys as much experience as they can handle. In about 2 weeks bodies will start coming back, and the roster will thicken up.
