give him credit, it is very hard to be a fan when you hate the players, the coaches, the management, and the fan base... that is truly hard core!

(explain again what it is that you DO like about the blazers?)
 
Well, there are surprisingly few nationally syndicated DJs out of Connecticut, and even fewer who use the term mixmaster as an occupational phrase. Filter from that those who are too young or too old (Mixum's 32 -- only a couple months younger than I am), those who weren't always in CT, and those who are too famous, and you get basically one result out of the intertubes.

Cross-referencing that dude's show schedule with Mixum's posting habits pretty much confirmed it for me.

I was bored and sick (got a nasty head cold), and had nothing better to do on a Sunday. :D Looks like Cake went the quicker way 'round to get to the answer, though!

I will say this: he's really done all he says he's done. And for that, I gotta respect him. He's doing shit a lot of posers would lie about to get chicks. He may be negative on the teams he loves, but he's got a cool job, and no lie. I actually respect him more now than I did before the search began. I hope this will serve to humanize him, because he seemed like a faceless troll for a while. I would want him to stick around and I would want us as a group to actually accept him a little more for knowing there's an actual dude behind the name.

I wouldn't have even bothered to look, except for the whole 'I work in radio, I'd tear him apart' bullshit.

What are you gonna do Mixum? Make a super-def mix-tape that totally schools Kevin Pritchard that he really needs to trade Steve Blake for Dwight Howard? Are you gonna spin up some fresh beats so that he realizes he could trade Martell Webster for Lebron James? Mezmerize him with some dope rhymes so he trades Travis Outlaw for Michael Jordan and a time machine? Whatever. So effing ridiculous.
 
While I block MIXUM's posts, I will say one thing I have never said before.

He should be banned.

And not because he disagrees, that's fine, actually fun if its a real debate. But with him its not. His whole thing is as phony as a $3 bill. he's a disingenuous fake and phony. His posts are not legitimate debate, just an attempt to be a shit stirrer.

I can't believe anyone takes him seriously anymore. So I say ban him for wasting everyone's time with stuff that is nothing but a put-on and a lie.
