Intensity and accountability.

Dame is insanely talented, but he is too mellow. He doesn’t demand excellence out of his teammates. He just sits there like a wallflower while our team gets steamrolled and loses poise. He doesn’t inspire confidence. He’s just the quiet guy who you want to get the ball to. He is not an elite leader like Jordan, he is only an elite player.

We need a team leader who holds players accountable. We lost a *playoff series* to a far worse team due to lack of effort in the beginning of games 3 and 5. That was pathetic. I would like to keep Lillard but he cannot be team captain.
