Is anyone here going to watch any of the playoffs? This is the best time of the year in my opinion. You got Baseball playoffs, Basketball starting up, and in the middle of Football. Anyways. I am definantly going to catch every Yankee-Tiger game I can. I love the Yanks and hope we win, but it should be a good series. I watched some of the Twin/A's game today as well. The Dodger/Met series should be a good one as well. Not really into the Padres/Cards that much, so I'll probably not be watching that.So I'll probably catch Yankess/Tigers and Dodgers/Mets for the most part. Think both will be great series. How bout the rest of ya'll?
 
I got two bucks on the Mets winning. And 1 dollar on Derek Lowe not winning the Cy Young (I get a dollar if Webb wins it)I'm definately watching the Tiger series as well. Cards/Pads won't be that entertaining. A's vs. Twins will be pretty awesome series. The Mets and Dodgers series should be nice as well. But Tigers for sure, the others are a maybe.

I don't think this is the best time. I think college football bowls and the end of the football season and the NBA and AFL season has started. Yes, I will watch some games. Baseball is stupid to have the games so early though. At least we got to watch some of it in two of my classes today.

Kenny Rogers vs. Randy Johnson tonight, it is going to be a sweet matchup. I think that the Tigers are capable of taking these two games at home, we have momentum, and we have the rowdy Detriot Fans behind us.

is anyone else here a tigers fan who is too young to remember any good teams? this is so exciting and I never really considered detroit much of a baseball town but I was at the game on friday where rogers pitched the game of the season (better than bondo's performance) and after no one left, the police were high fiving everyone, people were honking their horns and everyone just stuck around for a while...and that was after only going up on the yankees, not finishing them off.our sports teams are amazing here this yearRed Wings- best regular seasonPistons- EC finalistTigers- AMAZINGand Michigan Football- 5-0not a bad sports town if you dont care about the NFL like me.
 
Yeah, Detroit is on a Sports tear right now...most of our teams from College to Pro are doing amazing.
 
I know you guys probably could care less, but the Shock won the WNBA Championship as well this year. Another Detroit franchise doing well.

chicago is alsobears #1 in nflbulls hopefully one of the top teams in eastblackhawks are renewedwhite sox were champs last yearbut nevertheless detroit is on a tear
