D. The penalties and prohibitions for Stimulant violations will be increased to 50 games for a second time violation; 100 games for a third time violation, and up to a permanent suspension for a fourth time violation.

on 2nd thought, as vague as this has been written, it sure doesn't rule out Sparky Lyle's "Bronx Zoo-Hair-Ass-ment". For those who may not know: Lyle would leave his Ass cheek imprints on the icing of player's Birthday Cakes, (set out during the game; waiting for the team party after the game.

Neither does it rule out, shitting on a player's cake, in retaliation, if such player engages in ass cheek musk locker room, flavored buttercream icing.....

This does not rule out Toga Parties either, Toga, Toga, Toga......

WOW, I overlooked this much. Oakland is being phased out of Revenue Sharing; wth..? What, - did Billy Beane's refusal to spend more money, rather Fisher's $$$$ Billion's, turn into an interesting strong-arm, to put forth the bucks to ensure parks are going to be around for the next century. While offsetting cost's always to the Fans, via price hikes thru the roof's, if not increases in taxes. Price's will skyrocket; will the Fans get to see more than One game a year or even a game in 50 yrs, fkng period.....

Personally, I like the old parks, but then they can have there problems.

With Fisher, I see a problem, not sure Davis Jr. is in the same boat, as there's too much going on behind the scene's with the Raiders. Why the hell can't Fisher spend some of his supposed Forbes Billions....? The A's, Raider's have long failed to secure new Parks, not always due to their lack of willingness to spend some of their own money, (however with Fisher this is a true prob). The city, county, no one want's to pay for those stadiums, the city is in financial ruin, while across the bay and upon the upper hills of Oakland, the rich flourish, and those who love the game in larger social groups, can't afford to go to a game, especially with their family.

Hell in L.A. only 20% of Angelino's who have claimed to be Bums fans, can't afford to pay for their local Bums TV channel: SNLA, (their new TWB-C Bums station), a premium channel costing 90$ a month for a 12 mos contract. One can get every single team via MLB Xtra Innings for only $50 more. TWB-C was bought out by the world's largest cable company ie Charter, , now Spectrum[1], a fortune to get into, after they've built new ones

...Lil, Tom and I have been doing this for years...we agree most of the time but not always...just a little friendly banter back and forth. Even as fans of the same team we disagree from time to time...in other words, we're sometimes "opposite sides of the same coin."

...and in all the years we've either agreed or disagreed, neither of us has ever been injured or got our feelings hurt...we don't hold grudges...of course there's that damned restraining order thing hanging over my head...goddamn liberal California judges. :bgrin:

Lil, know this. I have never met Ron F2F, but he is one of a handful of people I'd kill for. Not figuratively, but literally.

We both do want the same thing, a game that can be passed onto future generations with integrity. We just disagree on the best way to achieve that.

Yeah Tom I get it, but when you guys keep going back and forth it makes my Head Spin. I'm the type of person that likes everyone to get along and not argue. I always loved when he fought with Pasta because it was funny, when you guys confront each other it sounds more serious. It's all good, I'm used to it. :lol:

Only 1 24oz. Mug, that's all I need; still always fresh ground prior to making it. (other than the 16 oz's of Newman's Grape Juice), a morning bowl of ganja frosted flakes, and I'm good to go, since I have the day off.

When I was working, the last decade, waking up meant: 2 cups of coffee, 2 cigs,, (at home), then another 2 cups/cigs on the way to work. I'd drink 3+ pots of (always fresh ground every morning)-coffee, from 4am-5pm. I carried a half gallon Stanley Thermos of coffee to work, then would fill it up twice more during the day. Broke the java habit 14 yrs ago, almost done with cigs, thanx to Nicotine Gum (which tears my guts up).

I stopped drinking coffee in my early 30's after I quit my job. I started drinking Diet Dr. Pepper in the morning to get my caffiene fix. Once I found out I had High Blood Pressure I had to give that up too. I'm too high strung as it is. Now it's just water all day and Wine around 7-8 pm. I will never give up the Cigs though, my Fiancee doesn't mind because he smokes Weed every night. :biglaugh:

good 4 U, (-clapping sound-). Myself, My 14 yr younger deceased brother*, My Son, all began hypertension med's at age 27. I still take 'em, 2 different one's. Once high blood pressure begins, (genetic link), I know no one who has ever rid themselves of such, without dying.

*My (only) brother (vs. 6 sister's, 4 of who are bitch's, an understatement), passed one week beyond his 37th B'day. That was 9 yrs ago, this Feb. 5th. Fatal Cardiac arrest, which blew a hole in his heart.

btw- this is the cup I use, a 24 oz'r, so I guess I'm really drinking 3 cups, more like 2, since I only fill it halfway....

Is it Hereditary??? Nobody in my immediate family has it. My Doctor told me mine is triggered by Stress. My Fiancee also has it but was able to get off the Meds once it went down. Now about that cup...... Are you crazy??? No wonder your Pressure is up. :rotfl:
