Well you'll have to ask the admins or something then, I was not part of any of these decisions. I'm just trying to give my respects to those lost posters.
 
Repeated violations of just about every rule in our Forum Rules (see link above), and over a long period of time. They were given a lot of rope and hung themselves.

That's all there is to say about it.

Official Site Rules for SportsTwo

SportsTwo is intended to be a fun community. Keep this in mind, as all of our rules are geared toward making it this way.

1. All posters with honorable intentions are welcome.
2. This is a big site with a lot of members. You may not like every one of them. However, we expect everyone to at least respect each other.
3. Respect the moderators, global moderators, producers, commissioners, admins, and other staff members of SportsTwo.
4. Flame wars are not allowed. We do tolerate poking fun of one another in good fun, but hateful posts towards another poster are not allowed.
5. Trash talk is allowed. It's one thing to call Portland's NBA team the "Jailblazers" and another to call their fans idiots. The former is allowed, the latter is not.
6. SportsTwo is to be a work-friendly and family-friendly site. While there is no blanket rule on how to enforce this, it is completely the discretion of SportsTwo staff to enforce this rule and how to enforce it.
7. Everyone is here to offer their opinions, so be prepared to have people disagree with your opinions. There is a difference between attacking someone's post (their opinion) and attacking the poster with the latter not allowed. The staff is here to monitor for such occurrences.
8. Users who have multiple accounts will be publicly identified.
9. We can't anticipate all of the things the staff may find unacceptable. Again, it is completely the discretion of SportsTwo staff to enforce any unwritten policies they deem fit, and you are expected to abide by these judgments.
10. The staff is here to be of service any way we can. If you have questions or need help with anything, feel free to PM a mod, GM, Producer, Commissioner, or an Admin.
11. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.

It's true. I recently created an additional account ("GoDiegoGo") in order to anonymously remind people what a great site this is despite the recent bannings, and Denny outed me. Somehow that strikes me as somewhat ironic.

Your effort was much appreciated, but the rule is the rule. It's not a bannable offense, tho. Simply, we think it's fine for someone to make a "Czar" username to make jokes, but we think it's in everyone's interest to know who it is.

It was GMJ, and we already posted it was him.

The poster who claimed to be Beadle truly has an IP that does not match any that have been used by any other poster. It could be her.

Obviously, there have to be rules, and rules have to be enforced. In that particular case, though, I was a bit sad about it . . . it was something of a game, and I was relishing the opportunity to figure out who it was. Oh well, it's over.

If someone wants to clear such a game with us, we might consider letting it go for a while. We knew who Czar was for a while and let it go. We didn't out you right away either.

If anyone cares, I have a 2nd login - Batman. I've posted as him a handful of times all as jokes. It doesn't really matter if Batman posts "same bat time, same bat channel" after the first of a back to back against the same team and people know it's me. It's either funny or not. Probably not :)

It's weird because this poster who may or may not be Beadle used the same handle on other sites to defend/comment on herself. This spanned back to a few years.

i forget the name of it, but in the thread the mod's were joking around and changing everybody's response and writing it in red ink. It was really funny at the time like 3 months ago.
