I don't understand how people level up so quickly... I'm pretty good, I guess I don't play enough.
 
So, I got the game for Christmas. And been playing ever since for at least 6 hours a day. K/D keeps rising too. Anyone feel like playing my 360 GT is cMac44111.

Nothing flash, lots of hackers, sometimes you get some pretty fail connections.

I would definitely rate the console-online higher, but nothing beats PC maneuverability and graphics.
 
Got this game for Christmas. I knew it was good but since like senior year of HS I haven't been all that into video games. Figured I'd beat the single player, do online for a few weeks then have it fade into the abyss of my 360 collection.

But little did I know that this game is fucking ADDICTING. Granted I did beat the single player and finally hooked it up to the internet less than a week ago. Didn't think I'd like it so much. Jesus christ I CAN'T FUCKING STOP playing. If I had my druthers I would definitely play it 6+ hours a day but I can only squeeze in like 2 a day. This game is going to fuck my academic and social life for at least a month.

As far as the actual game goes... I just got the magnum in multiplayer. I'm forcing myself to use it even though I don't think its all that practical lol. I got up to like level 28 in a few days with the SCAR and a shotgun but godamn I just think that having dual magnums is too sexy to pass up. Even if an assault rifle-shotty combo is my bread and butter dating back as far as I can remember in any FPS. I'm constantly in a conflict of whether to just stick with my SCAR/shotty (AA12 right now) and play well or switch it up and play like shit in another class.

Oh, and Rundown sucks ass. Pretty much the rest of the maps rock the shit.

What happens when you add someone? Does it just put you in the same game when your both online?

I'd like to play the more tactical games but it's hard when you don't even have a basic strategy going.

ANyone got this for ps3? I'm too fuckin fat and lazy to browse the thread (not really).

There are a few maps I fuckin' hate, i just get all fuckin' pissed because I know I'm about to get my ass raped on the map. But there are also some maps where I just smile because I know I'm about to rape some fuckin' 12 year old n00bs with a bloody butcher knife in their asses. Slice slice.

You forgot Estate in the "sucks ass" category. That map is awful.

Yeah I hate Estate too but my roommate loves it. Afghan, Karachi, Derail, Airport are the tits.
 
Estate is awesome, if people aren't constantly camping in the house.

What else can you do besides camp in the house? They put it at the center of the map for a reason. If you keep moving in the house you'll either get sniped from outside or some asshat will sprint behind you for 50 yards and melee you.

Which is why it sucks, because on TDM, that's the only thing people do. The only decent way to play this map is to play Domination on it.

And you are correct Run, Terminal is awesome. However, my favorite map, Rust, can only be played in FFA.

I'm gonna have to start playing different game modes because so far I've pretty much only played Mercenary Team Deathmatch.

You should do Ground War, that's generally what I do. It's 12-18 player TDM or Domination, randomly choosing between those two game modes.

I don't do that, I hate it too. It's just a good way to get points, I assume.
 
They fixed the glitch that made you run suuuuuuupppppper fast when holding a canister that you are supposed to throw for a relief package....real fun while it lasted, but i understand

Make sure you throw out all your UAVs, care packages, etc. Other than that I can't think of much besides play well. Get headshots, kill guys on killstreaks, get killstreaks, etc. You also get a lot of points for certain achievments with weapons. i.e. after a certain number of kills with X weapon you get 10,000 experience.

Basically just keep playing and get better.
