Why is this even a story?
Ellis went straight from high school to the pro's, has been a guy who puts up 20 puts a night since his early twenties, has a 48 point game to his name, and has been making $11 million a year since 2008.
If I'm paying $11 mill to a guy who's leading my team in scoring and taking 18 shots a game, I don't want him comparing himself to Jared Bayless; I want him to have the mindset that he's on the same level as Wade, whether or not that's the reality.
