Sadly, the 4 children my family and I had taken in are being sent to live with some relatives in some Atlanta suburb. Apparently this is an aunt who relies on federal funding for food and housing, and wanted the "extra income" she would get for the kids. As per her request, I will not have contact with the kids any longer, so please wish them the best. They leave tonight

I'm sorry that they're being taken from you. Hopefully it's for the best.

not sure why you aren't being allowed to have any contact with them. Im assuming you created a bond with them, and now they'll never see you again.

As for the no contact, julius, perhaps MM can expand on what he thinks is the reason for this, but I'd assume it has to do with a greedy relative who knows MM took care of the kids and that the kids trust him, so she doesn't want MM to find out if she isn't taking proper care.

Truly. But it's sad that she's taking the kids from (what I'd imagine) is a steady, stable environment close to their real home and bringing them into her home because she'll get additional benefit. I've seen things like this happen with friends/family, and it's just a selfish thing to do.

If you have developed an emotional attachment, this hurts. But the evil legal system says that it doesn't care about destroying men, because everything should be done only for the good of children. As they define that, it almost always coincides with whatever is good for a woman.

What just happpened to you has happened to tens of millions of fathers, damaging them emotionally for life. Are conservatives, or liberals behind this manhatred? I think both.

I can't expand on the reason (s) why no contact. I was simply told by the social workers that she had requested that. We were allowed to send the Christmas gifts we had for them with them, so that's something anyway. Hopefully the half year we had them with us, we were able to teach them life values that will carry with them. Of the ones in school, all of their grades are up to grade level, and all of them learned quickly that no one is going to hand you something for free, so hopefully that doesn't get lost on them either.

Despite the character I play on here, I tried to teach them that everyone is equal, and nobody is better or worse than anyone else because of their skin color......except Asians when it comes to driving of course
