I'm not saying it isn't possible but I can tell you that all of the things I've known you to take issue with @MarAzul I've almost always seen the logic in his opinion.

Logic that often seems uncaring.

I don't know the laws but the cops need to be on the hook for the verdicts too, not just us taxpayers.

If I were dictator I'd make the cop and the family he terrorized switch houses and cars. Let the cop drive the old Santa Fe (think that was it) and let this family have the hemi Charger or big diesel pickup.

Treat cops like the regular citizens they are. Assaults, harassment, hate crime, why are they immune? If I walk into my job and treat people like this I’d be arrested. It’s on video. Anytime you are stopped by the police they should have to email you the video of your interaction with them.

Of course, you must elect people that hire the Chief to be knowledgeable enough to know what needs to be changed, tough enough to stick with it and follow through. It isn't happening in very many Cities. All run by Democrats.

My summons idea could be implementedd quite easily.

Then the cops can roll up in their armored swat vehicles and get a good look at people, take pics and run the plates.

No need to show insurance cards, they know immediately if your insurance is valid in NV.

Announce over the loudspeaker that they will issue a summons unless the occupants WANT to explain their side right away.

They can get out with their hands up and let the cops cuff them so they don't feel scared and tempted to "pop a cap" in someone.

You can't get away with shit due to technology now. If you get tresspassed from a Vegas casino their facial recognition software knows if you walk in. They'll catch you.

We need to do something because this shit is getting ridiculous.

Seems pretty textbook police procedure when dealing with unknown multiple adult theft suspects who are fleeing the scene with unknown children, then refusing to comply with police to stop and get out of the car, endangering their children by not showing her hands which could be going for a weapon. And the guy clearly was not spreading his legs when ordered so the cop kicked them apart. They could have cooperated and discussed the situation but instead chose to run, then obstruct, and I just don't see the issue here. Courts have already concluded cops have the okay to lie, yell, berate and insult in the general course of their duty.

Much millennial outrage about cops doing their job, and no outrage about the career criminal couple teaching their children to be career criminals like them.
