Sweet condo, I'm a little cheap though so it seems a bit expensive. 
The weather is pretty incredible right now, housing prices are also favorable (decreasing by 14%) if you want to check that out.
I guess have fun at the clubs and Ultra? Personally I have a little more fun hanging out and visiting places during the day. But that's cool too. The rest of suburban Miami-Dade is pretty different, but also pleasant.
