Totally incorrect. It was more like $50 Billion, maybe less and it was their money. It's been held in an account for them collecting interest.

read his sig at the bottom of his posts..it's a disclaimer for any views in the post as being from a fictional character created for his amusement or something along that line...once I noticed that it changed the way I perceive anything from his character
