You know who else Mueller doesn’t have enough to convict? You, me, Mo with the gimpy leg.
A big part of the problem is that Mueller is a believer in following Justice Department guidelines which include a provision that the President cannot be indicted while in office. And this is why he referred the whole sordid mess to Congress and/or indictment after the President's term of office ends.

My goodness! Why would that be?

"Section. 4.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

And this is why he referred the whole sordid mess to Congress
And thus he did a sorry job of it. Since the impeachment is the only alternative to trial, he should simply have stated such, not attempt to lampoon the President in a Document to made public without a trial. I suppose the admonishments of Mr Hamilton in the Federalist papers
were neglected by Mr. Mueller.

So you think he should have just given all the evidence to Congress?

I guess we agree then.

It seems it is not that easy. Congress is the one that fucked this up with the special counsel law they wrote to replace the Independent counsel
law. They wrote it so that the result go to the AG, since they did not like the mess the independent counsel made of investigating Bill Clinton.
It seem they are always trying to get off the hook for doing impeachment, or shut the fuck up. It is their responsibility to do impeachment and they would rather work on looking good before the electorate. Rather a mess they have made.

But, we agree they can clean the mess up by impeaching the president. So it's all good.

Ha!
No barf!
The Democrats in the house can make fools of themselves, by voting to impeach the man.
The Senate will not. But the Democrats there may indeed further the foolery.
I am sure at least one of our Senators from Oregon would love to play the fool. He does it well.
Both may step up and take on the role.

Have it your way. Most Trump supporters are totally blind which is why they have no desire for the full unredacted report to be seen or any relevant witnesses to be interviewed but the House.

And most on the left are delusional and wrong. They've been telling us for the past two years that Trump is a Russian Asset. That he's putin's puppet. All of that wrong wrong wrong and they can't take it.

No collusion. Move on.

Very kind of you sir! To use terms like wrong, instead of Blind.

Uh, your boy chose not to beinterviewed by Mueller. He also praised the Mueller report when it first came out and now he calls it BS. Your boy appears to be confused, conflicted and crazy.

No one expected the AG to be a trump puppet and corrupt. Poor fool is letting what reputation he has go to hell for the orange blob.

As detailed in the Mueller report, he didn't investigate or report on counterintelligence issues (i.e., whether Trump works for Russia). Instead, info on that was passed to the FBI team detailed to the SCO for that purpose. So, it may be wrong wrong wrong, but you don't actually know if it is or isn't.

Wouldn't that be covered under collusion? Wasn't the whole point of this (in theory) to see if there was Collusion between Russia and Trump?

Or was the idea that Trump was a Russian asset an idea so ludicrous and only in the minds of the truly triggered and depraved, that it didn't deserve any time?

Well. Seems like the Muessiah dropped the ball. It was clearly written in Rosenstein's letter that Mueller was to investigate ANY LINKS between Russia and the Donald J Trump campaign.

AND any matters that may arise from the investigation.

Are you suggesting that Mueller found evidence that Trump is a Russian asset?

How could anyone learn anything? It's redacted bro.

There are interesting things that are unredacted. But yes, some presumably interesting things are redacted.

We have no data on whether he did or didn't.

barfo

Do we have any data on whether he found Hillary to be a Russian asset?

I'm just gonna go ahead an assume she is one.

Certainly a very rational assumption, given how the Russians worked to keep her from being president. I'm sure they felt she could aid them best by walking in the woods in Chappaqua.

They worked about as hard as Homer Simpson hanging out with the Teamsters.

Putin is such an evil genius he would clearly want to make sure he won either way.

They worked about as hard as Homer Simpson hanging out with the Teamsters.

If Homer worked "in sweeping and systematic fashion" then I guess your analogy is spot on.

I realize they were serious with their cyber campaign. Doesn't seem like a lot of work compared to how WE interfere in other governments elections.

Blah, blah, blah, blah.
Over 700 ex federal prosecutors say there is more than enough to indict Trump on obstruction. So, there's your word one way and over 700 federal prosecutors going the other way. Hmm, lots of indictments and convictions of crooked Trump affiliates. Damning Mueller report. Which one to believe, which one to believe? Decisions, decisions. I know which one to believe. Yep, I think I know, I think I know.

And yet I've no examples of us interfering with Russian elections. I suppose we'll get those any day now when the deep state is revealed.

You spelled collusion wrong.
