You dont need an ipad there is this thing called paper and your lawyer can print on it and you can read it. Internet or no im rather dissapointed the director of that jail has gone that far. And a community computer? Yuck. Imo jail should have 1 tv stuck on the weather channel so you know how hot its going to be when you start working. If oregon is so concerned about the environment they let them have ipads to save paper why not force them to garden their own food?
