So Twitter is a MW2 lobby in 2009 again. I'm not sure if this has been brought up here, but forums took a massive hit after social media herded everyone into a handful of options, or subreddits that are based on one platform, obviously. If Twitter is too much for people these days, maybe forums with a more individual TOS can fill the gap. Most of the political alternatives have flopped, Gab is for Hitler nerds, TruthSocial is for MAGA boomers, Parler already died once. I know a lefty version of Twitter exists too that came up recently (Mastodon? idk) and it sucks ass too. Hoping for a forum comeback.
