First, just wanted to let you know I am in fact a developer. I didn't lie. Promise. Second, I own two forums, admin one, and moderate about 3-4. I know how to do my job. And the reason I wreaked havoc so to speak, is because I was doing my job. A global / super moderator is a moderator who moderates globally. All forums. Tbf didn't seem to understand this, and I didn't seem to understand that I was only assigned to two forums. That is what happened. I did not o rogue, and if I could have another chance, I would like one. If you still wish to speak with me, you may through this account, that is until you tell tbf about my multiple accounts and ban evasion. If you do.

Maxiep said a couple of times that he favored a temporary ban of Mixum, with Mixum allowed to return only if he promised to change. Maxiep doubted he could change, and was pessimistic that Mixum's return would last.

So, he was in favor of a partial-banning. I retract 1/2 of my apology!

This keeps getting more stupid. My only hope is that I get street cred for having been bullied by this dude. I sure am a "regular poster". I'm here for basketball and I just thought two threads about the same subject were pointless until I saw he was harassing people and then he started harassing me! This guy has no business on this forum in ANY capacity. I've moderated before and the important part about that is maintaining a low profile while doing your job and not picking fights just because someone on teh intrawebs wants to go at it.

Can someone give me a countdown clock to the first game of the next season so we can talk about shit that counts?

Okay, so you didn't object to his ban while not advocating his ban, but would like to see it temporary, with him returning under conditions, which you were pessimistic about him meeting, so the outcome would be the same as if you wanted him permanently banned. Are you John Kerry?

Essentially correct, without getting too controversial. It is common sense that after reading what I had in this thread, the guy couldn't moderate a Kindergarten classroom. All of a sudden he wants to start a PM war with me when I barely care to begin with. To have a Mod around like that just doesn't compute. I FEEL LIKE I'M TAKING CRAZY PILLS.

the admins here look like a joke - at a guess, he's probably doing some dev work for the admins and access was a byproduct of the work - as they are indebted to him for whatever work this is they are unwilling (ie too bitchmade) to rock the boat in regards to regulating him.

so fuckin what if dude has modded elsewhere, being like 2 days in , deleting shit all over the place, trashing the community, pm'ing users aggresively and with threats AFTER a warning and keeping things going are NOT the actions of an experienced mod - fuck outta here....

I think you hit the nail on the head. Plus, if he is doing site work, he has deeper access than just being a mod, which is why nobody could figure out what he was deleting, or who was deleting it.

Denny and truebluefan, what has he had access to, other than IPs?

I earnestly believe that he has provided Denny and True with a lifetime supply of acid and they're tripping over the internet tonight, competing to see who can delete the most posts. They're not reading this; they are busy on the boards owned by Microsuck, who is a big Apple stock owner who buys up small boards so they won't grow into major competition, provoking sanctions from the EU. He employs T. Boone Pickens to help him trash the boards he buys, raiding the retirement funds and competing and deleting as many posts as he can each night. 386 was small pickings for Pickens and Microsuck and they can't understand the fuss. Their alliance between Texas and Arizona has piqued the interest of Denny and True and they now have an internet foursome going as we speak.
