Wow. New evidence opens eyes. That tool couldn't moderate a kindergarten classroom. I'm the most forgiving guy ever, but that kind of shit isn't acceptable.

Well the fact of the matter is, you are not the most forgiving guy. I deleted 386 posts in less than five minutes, now if I was allowed to do it, none of this would have happened. But of all things, you, the regular member, should not be telling me that I am a bad moderator.

I sent him a friendly PM, basically spelling out that the posters are our all stars, not us staff members.

Like I said, guys with a lot of experience on other forums know the nuts and bolts of running the software and building traffic, but they have to get used to our way of doing things. A lot just leave because they want to do more, which is fine as long as they do it elsewhere.

I'd appreciate it of we can give the guy a little patience and see What he can do within our scheme. He is clearly eager and wants to do good for us.

The PMs are silly, I admit and agree.

Microsuck's apology addresses why he was on the wrong board, but doesn't explain the quantity--deleting 386 posts. His explanation would make sense had he deleted 1 or 2, but 386 in one night, and when he's brand new?

Having read his thread on the feedback board, I see he's very aggressive, especially for a new guy. It's his permanent personality, he will continue this way, and he won't last. Everyone here is bewildered as to why he's still around. The only reason I can think of is scarcity of prospects. Denny, you can find many people better than this. Are the pickings out there so scarce?

When you start a new job, you don't throw your ego around until you've been there awhile. You learn the personalities and the company culture. Otherwise you get fired the first day, especially if you make 386 mistakes, especially if it's due to overaggression.

At this point Denny, if you think this guy is going to help grow your site, then I can only assume that you are delusional. Either that, or microsuck is related to either truebluefan or you.

Well Denny, maybe he's eager and talented, but that kinda crap should be an instant out.

I imagine the guy has access to whatever info I haven't chosen to share and he's harassing members of this otherwise very peaceful and lively forum. Doesn't make sense for him to be here in any capacity.

He gotta go! He's immature, on a power trip and is more concerned about being an internet hard ass than improving the forums he's in charge of. He's eager to argue and I don't see how that does us any good.

That doesn't go very far towards my concerns about his access to information and his predilection towards harassing otherwise harmless people. But whatever, guess I have to live with it.

TBF is trying to find moderators who delete posts, harass posters, and repeat the same mistakes within a three-day period?

MicroSuck has access to your IP address, and it isn't too hard for him to link that address to personal information.
