Raiders are my favorite NFL team; but sadly no one feels the same way. I think I'll just stick with the Blazers.

Ah, memories.

The weirdest thing to me wasn't some random psycho flake coming onto the board and immediately going on a thread deleting and personal insult rampage, it was Denny and TBF defending him and trying to tell us how great and wonderful and misunderstood the fuck head was.

Weird.

I always preferred the OT threads to just merge into "around the NBA" threads and have one thread to discuss anything NBA oriented on the Blazer site.
 
The Blazers forum posters give no fucks whatsoever about other forums on a site, and will not move from the Blazers forum for any reason. It's not a Blazers forum so much as a Group Of Insular Blazers Fans Who Have Hung Out Online For Years So Quit Trying To Monetize Our Posts Motherfuckers.

Pretty much anyone who moderates a forum is a moron because who would willingly take on such a job?

Well, I do it so that you guys can't ignore me. You are force-fed my opinions. Muhahahahahaha!
 
Several of us critiqued Microsuck back then (I was quite rational about it), so he banned us. The next day, people posted that they were shocked that I was banned (it only lasted about 12 hours till other mods undid all the bans). Those were the good old days when I was popular. Then I stopped being funny and started taking sides on controversies. Now, everyone would lionize Microsuck as Board Hero.

The best advice I can give you is to avoid wherever TrueBlueFan goes. Those deserted boards are especially dangerous at night. There was a murder there a year ago. I see you haven't PMed me about your dues. As Board Treasurer, I deal directly with late payers. Being the only heterosexual on this particular board, I will endeavor to answer your questions. I'll show you how to hang a moderator avatar under your name, as you see that several odd guys already have. Don't respond to them; they're on power trips. When you PM me, I'll tell you how best to ignore them.
