no paint shop pro i just havent figured out fow to make the pictures in the background and use effects etc

try lowering the opacity on the liverpool football club thing and get rid of effects, also Spell Stevie Gerrard right

i cant give you any real help because i dont use Paintshop Pro to make sigs

no it's hard making sigs on PSP, just have a muck around on it and learn what things do.

you use PSP atleast give him some tips; how's he gonna get better if people who know how to make sigs wont give him advice?

i use paint shop pro i was like that at first. mine still arnt any better but thats beside the point lol just keep fiddling around with it take your time and you will improve and if you get really stuck look on google for some tips for paint shop will help

But I'm crap, anyway, I did give him advice, muck around. HeyJ2: I think your mistake was diving in and trying to make sigs as soon as you got it, you need to just get a picture, have a look at all the effects and everything and remember what they do. Do this and away we go you're as good as Kate (aka better than me).

what i mean was you use PSP so you'd be better at giving advice than i would.

lol just mess around and you will learn fast thats what i did then if you feel like you want an even bigger challenge and wana be one of the best try usuing photoshop but get to grips with paint shop first lol. also do your background first then when u happy with it cut a player out then try some effects on him and carry on that way then once you finnished it will give you ideas on what you like and what you can improve on. hope that helps

Its not to bad for you first. I dont know much about PSP so ill just say keep at it and ull get better.

Also its good to see there are a lot more GFXers on the site than there used to be when i first joined.

PSP isn't the best of programs so keep going, read tutorials and you'll get better eventually.

theres no point mucking around on PSP.. go straight for photoshop coz most of the shit on PSP isnt really in PS (from my memory) and itll be easier for us to give you tips.. also i advise everyone using PSP to get photoshop.. also as i said in another post, download brushes, cuts/renders/psds, good fonts and blend pictures..

i did cut him out i thought the kop in the background would be nice i was thinking of making gerrard kinda blenf into the background like the england badge on your gerrard sig but i didnt know how

its not bad keep trying! if you want to fade someone or something into the background make sure you have the layers tray on the right hand side and click the putton with a dotted square and brush and it wil go red then click that button agen and it will go back to normal. then in the layer tray click the picture and then lower the opacity to what ever you want. i hope that helps but im not very good at explaining things so i'm sorry if i have confused you
