You meant 'bidness'.![]()
I don't even have time for the 'd'. I take care of binness.
Wow, this device is great! (but, you already knew that..)
Just purchased a wifi transmitter for my home sound system so I can stream Pandora to it. That way the phone can stay with me throughout the house.

Fuck. I dropped phone face down and it has an ugly scar going down its side. Soooo brittle. Case did not help.I have a Samsung GS3 with TMobile. Excellent service everywhere I've been surprisingly. Phone is amazing (Like it better than the iphone 5s that I played with) but a bit brittle. Get a good shock-absorbing case and screen protector, and you're good to go.
I'm wayyyyy late to the game, but I always tell people to look not at the price of the phone or the contract, but at total cost of ownership after 2 years.
I'm on a cheap Virgin Mobile plan @ $35/mo, with unlimited data, 300 minutes talk, 4g. Reception isn't great (Sprint's shitty network) but that's less important for me. Bought the HTC EVO Android for $180 (now it's $140). After 2 years I'll have paid $1090. I can cancel my plan whenever with no penalty.
ABM's deal will cost him $2120 over the life of his contract. He's locked in without any choice from here on out. He's on the same network, has got a snazzier phone and more minutes (assuming he talks a lot), but is he over $1000 happier? *shrug*
Personally, I'm at the point where I feel the $1-$25 apps I download have a lot more impact on my happiness than a super-awesome cutting edge Iphone vs year-old Android tech. YMMV.
That t-mobile plan sounds nice. I really use my phone so little for talking. I love texting/email.
One other nice thing about having such a cheap contract is that if I get the urge to upgrade technology a year from now, I can still buy Virgin's latest and greatest phone for $250 and still come out $750 ahead of where I might have been with a standard 2 year plan from Sprint. In fact, I could buy a new phone every 6 months @$250 and STILL come out ahead.
I have an iPhone from AT&T over on Broadway by Lloyd Center. The only place I can't get a signal...... Manhattan and Denver. I love it. You can get an iPhone 4 there for free.....4S for $99 and a 5 for $199. My man Hunter will take care of you!
No iPhones on tmobile.
You should be able to use your phone as a WiFi hotspot, too. Your laptop, or iPad, or whatever, can share the phone's internet connection. The phone acts like a WiFi router.
Places of business do, yes.
I saw a cabbie (in NYC) rocking an unlocked iphone running T-Mobile.
