Rather than keep making new topics I'll just put them all up here as I make them, comments/ratings are very welcome
6/26/04
Notes: First time touching Photoshop in a long time. Only had basic fonts and thought I did a pretty good job working with what I had. Bad picture selection and the logo seems out of place.
7/20/04
Notes: Found that picture of Ray and Flip together and was inspired to do a sig. Experimented with multiple layers for backgrounds.. Used that filter you see twice, with one at lower opacity and shifted around to give a 'deeper' look.. Background text was added because it looked boring otherwise. Couldn't really think of a good phrase to go with the pic but this seemed to work.
7/20/04 Animated
Notes: Messing around in ImageReady trying to create an animated sig without sacrificing file size. Succeeded here since it ends up being only ~70kb. The animation is around 8 or 9 frames long. Not completely happy with this, but learned a little about animations. Probably won't do them again though.

Notes: Was itching to make a Dampier sig after hearing people go on and on about how he's going to get a huge contract despite only playing well in contract years.. Took a dollar bill, ran it through some pastel filters, and overlapped a few on top of each other.
7/20/04
Notes: That simple background took me FOREVER to get right, very happy with end result though. I found some good pictures to use this time and overall feel I did well. Probably my favorite sig out of the bunch
7/20/04:
Notes: Disappointed with this one. I really liked the gothic/urban background and how it worked with the font. However, I am pretty sure I've seen at least one or two sigs that use the same sort of theme.. Decided to go greyscale since the contrast between the background and LBJ's pic wasn't appealing. I'll probably do another LeBron sig but I think I am abandoning this one.
7/21/04
Notes: Quickie that probably took around 15 minutes to do (most of which was cutouts). Probably going to change the fonts to something less simple, although the simplicity of it all is growing on me. Plain background was intentional because I LOVED the Shaq and Wade pics and wanted them to be the main focus.
Update: Someone suggested I put a glow on Shaq so he stands out more, so did that.
7/21/04
Notes: Another quick one.. Really straightforward (anyone could probably reproduce it) & simple. I kind of lost motivation halfway through it. May revisit it or just do a new one with Tracy and Yao..
Update: Added rockets logo and a second Tmac pic; changed background a little.
7/24/04
Notes: Messing around with (very) multi-layered backgrounds.. Kind of a sad theme but overall I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

Notes: First time using Photoshop in a while. Not great. Need to download some fonts and think of unique designs.
