Is this for professional purposes or what? Otherwise I don't see how this is needed. Just my opinion anyway, it looks cool though.

I agree. You can do much better, it's pretty ugly. It's an understatement to say the text is really hard to read.

I agree with the above. Also I don't think it's very catchy, i mean it doesn't really stand out. If you're using it for a site or some other professional purpose like that then I guess it's ok; I would just change the font. But if you are using it as a watermark for signatures or something like that then i'd start with a new concept all together.
