It could be that Neil wants to see if Nas can fit before trading CJ and Roco or the like.

Not trying to be a Stotts apologist or anything, but wasn't Nas battling long Covid all season? I'm dating a very fit woman right now that hasn't been able to go out jogging since last November when she got it. Maybe there was a legitimate reason that he wasn't getting as much PT as some would have liked? Either way, I hope he's fully recovered going into this season, cuz I love what he can bring.

Nas has had numerous opportunities and a number a medical situations. Im glad he feels better about what his role may be this year he will need to go out on be consistent and smart to earn minutes under Billups. Hope he does!

Everyone has Nassir listed at 6'5", doesn that mean barefooted he's 6' 3 1/2"?
I know he has a 7'plus reach but he's still an in-betweener.

Oh man - I thought it was just me! I’m 60 and got Covid pretty bad in December. Was on oxygen until May and I just have a horrible time breathing! Well-wishes to your girlfriend and a full recovery!

I had it in Feb-March of 2020 and it was rough lasted like 9 weeks. Glad you're feeling better and wishing everyone a speedy recovery.

the NBA implemented a policy that teams can only list a player's height without shoes, rounding up or down to a whole number to eliminate fractions and stop teams padding heights for one reason or another. Little was measured as 6'4.5 pre-draft so I guess he could optionally be listed at 6'5. He might have grown a half inch in the last couple of years as well

Without Melo and Kanter absorbing a ton of the minutes and shots off the bench, Nas was going to get a lot more of a look this season even if we'd kept Stotts.

That said, I'm glad we've moved on from Stotts. The team really needed to shake things up.

Love the stuff about Nas, hope it plays out. Interesting how Simons gets very little "love" here, he's another young guy that Stotts likely screwed up and did not use well or coach well. Simons is a guard and so is Billups, I would "like" to think we could see some significant improvement from ANT on the defensive end and passing area as well, we know he can shoot after last years over 42% from 3. Just some modest improvement from him would be another positive.

I've noticed that too (the lack of Anfernee Simons talk). Especially the part about how Quick implied no young prospect has gotten the same noise that Little is getting, which doesn't speak well for Simons.
