I just want this guy locked in before all of the other 29 NBA teams come after him.

It's his last year coming up. I think he'd really appreciate it if we offered him an extension. I bet he'd sign it before the ink was dry.

BTW, why haven't we offered him an extension yet? He the best young coach in the game you know...

What am I talking about. We don't really even deserve him. :(

Pretty sure McMillan opted to go on a 1 year contract so he can earn his contract every year.

Do you follow the Blazers?

We don't agree on much, but this is exactly correct.

Nate always says he wants to earn his contract each year. Whether that is because he wants to keep his options open, or because he thinks he can make more per year, he has signed a 1 year extension.

The fact that the best young head coach in the NBA (Who's going into his 11th year of head coaching) refuses to sign a long term contract with us is number 3 on my list of things that suck about him.

Mrs McDillon, will you please have a word with your husband. He's too good for us. Please ask him to move to another Western Conf team after this season. Pref one who's already playoff bound.

I'm looking forward to being on the good end of a few playoff blow outs.
