Yao Ming standing on an apple box.

That seemed like Nate Robinson's natural next leap, right?

Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like we're going to see it.

Via Sports Radio Interviews and Real GM, the New York Knicks guard and two-time Sprite Slam Dunk champion said in an interview on ESPN Radio New York with Michael Kay recently that he isn't likely to defend his title next season. Boo!
"I'll probably retire. I've been it in four times," Robinson told Kay.
Translation: "All the green in the world won't stop LeBron from winning this thing. Now give me my damn watch!"

Which means we finally won't see someone get 5 points added to their scores just because they are short.

So you're saying that the degree of difficulty for Robinson jumping over Dwight Howard is the same as, say, Gerald Green or Josh Smith doing it? Or that the fact that it is a lot harder for him to do should be ignored?

You have no idea what you're talking about...So Nate's dunks were easy??? But since he's short they give him a 50!
