Make sure you click "View Full Image" too. But there is a dunk contest in this game, which explains why Gerald Green was at the motion-cap event tonight! I'm pumped. This could mean that there is a full All-Star weekend. Even if not, a dunk contest is great.

Also, look at the friggen detail on the uniforms. My god.

Wow, 2k8's player models are alot better than 2k7's. In 2k7 alot of the model's seem kinda smushed. I'm exited.

By the way guys, I think it will come out for PS2, but I know for a fact it won't come out for regular XBOX.

Yeah the pictures do look pretty glossy, but I guarantee he doesn't look like he's covered in maple syrup (lol BCB) during gameplay.

If you listen to the guy while they are showing this stuff, he says some of the things are still a work in progress (one thing was that you can dunk over a car), and that dunk contest mode is about 60% done. But I think it looks sick, and the number one reason why I like it so much is that you don't have literally 6 seconds of hang time like you do in Live's. It's one fluid motion and much more realistic, and I'm sure it's more of a challenge.

Looks so sick, same soundtrack though from the two songs they were playing...Some sick dunks there. 300 variations he said no including props (which are awesome). Pretty funny how you can take out the people. Can't wait for this, the graphics are really nice and gameplay is smooth.

Yeah, it's cool how he collided with the announcer... but also didn't walk right through him when he got up. He actually stepped over him.

Also, about the soundtrack, they said this is all 60% done and I remember last summer when I watched some NBA 2k7 videos before the game came out, they used 2k6 songs. The soundtrack will be different, and it doesn't make a difference whatsoever even if it wasn't.

NBA Live got nothin on this game once again..I feel bad for gilbert being on a piece of sh*t game like nba live.also, that dont look nothin like chris paul..and I hope the dunk contest is till a work in progress because the dunks still look like their not jumping..it just looks like they run and then magically float in the air..

I'd rather have cheesy introductions than staying in the air for literally 5 seconds before you dunk the ball... not to mention laughable gameplay.
