NBA.com SC-EFF: what is this stat?

If you look at the shooting stats for an NBA team on NBA.com, the next to last column is SC-EFF (scoring efficiency). How is this stat calculated?

I believe it is points per FG attempt.

It's something new they've added this season, and it does not appear in their advanced stats listing for all players for the playoffs for 2019. That table also doesn't use SH-EFF, which is the same as effective field goal percentage, they instead have EFG% which is what they used to use in the team pages.

I think it may be this stat, "Offensive Rating". "In other words, 'How many points is a player likely to generate when he tries?'"
