NBA Debate Contest Discussion Thread

Here is the discussion thread for the NBA Debate contest. The reason why I only have one debate contest matchup posted is because Strike3 and Downunderwonder have not PMed me back yet. As for me and RaptorFan#1, I will talk to him separately about our matchup. </p>

Feel free to ask any questions in this thread, as well. </p>

just cracks me up, and leads me to wonder if any thought went into BG7's response. i mean, really, did you really read any of it GA? i mean, where was this kid during the 04-05 season?</p>

I hope you realize that Amare Stoudamire is far from a good defender, the suspensions and Amare Stoudamire's inability to defend Tim Duncan led to Suns to losing against the Spurs. Not to mention the fact that after Amare, they're lacking in depth, and you don't want Amare being the lone star on the 5 rotation. Also, don't debate with me, this is for you to debate with BG7.</p>

thanks, we know what we're talking about. i'll continue tomorrow, it's been a long day and i'm lazy, haha. </p>

i'm actually enjoying this, and i'm surprised. didn't expect to enjoy this debate contest that much, i hope there will be another one soon after.</p>

Oh, and Downunder, I get where you're coming from. it's sometimes hard to keep up with all this stuff on message boards...personally, i'd rather want 4 more days of debating, if i was you or valo. </p>

hm...if Zards stays MIA, does any mod/judge mind taking this thing over, at least under Zards is back? i'm really interested to keep this going, whether i'm in the next round or not..

It would be nice to have 4 more days of debating. I can tell that Downunder is a smart guy, he just doesn't have the time to keep it going which is perfectly understandable for him. It's to bad, because I think me and him could have had a pretty good debate with each other.

i have an idea...how about, instead of having a time limit, we have a number of responses back and forth we should have..? such as 5 each, like me and BG7 did.
