Griffin No. 1!

Now it's a crapshoot from here.. Who will Memphis take?

Re: NBA Draft picks thread

Thabeet.

I eagerly look forward to Aldridge destroying Gasol with his athleticism, no way he can play PF.

Re: NBA Draft picks thread

Still Take Rubio IMO get what you can for him if he wont come here.

Re: NBA Draft picks thread

I'm going Thabeet as well.. this should get exciting from here on out.

Re: NBA Draft picks thread

Mike Dunleavy looks well rested..

I don't think Memphis has any leverage though, if Rubio flat out refuses to play there. There's still a chance he plays in OKC, so the "Thunder" can take the risk and draft him. Then, they entertain offers, hold out for the highest bidder, and if they don't get any decent deal, they keep him.

Re: NBA Draft picks thread

though it would be hilarious to see Rubio in a Grizzlies hat, Eli Manning style

Re: NBA Draft picks thread

Thabeet!! David Stern had a little boy puberty moment in his voice there.

true. But I assume he will want to play somewhere in the nba in the next 5 years (or however long his rights are held) Its a risk, but I play Hardball if I'm Memphis.

Re: NBA Draft picks thread

Fuck you, Chris Wallace.
Fuck you, Michael Heisley.

Re: NBA Draft picks thread

Who does OKC want now? I'd be shocked if it wasn't anyone but Rubio..

Another thing in OKC's favor is that nobody has any idea what they're going to do. Presti has done a great job in keeping everyone in the dark. Maybe they take him because they really think he's BPA, maybe just to try and trade him.

I see where you're coming from though, especially since Thabeet isn't that great a pick. There's about a 95% chance that there will be better players drafted after him.

Re: NBA Draft picks thread

Rubio looks pissed off haha!

Re: NBA Draft picks thread

rubio looks soooooooooo happy

Re: NBA Draft picks thread

Harden to OKC. They must like what they have in Westbrook over what Rubio could give them.
