I'm not that high on Blair either. I was very against trading up to get him, but if he's there at 22, I say you have to take him.

But, I have a feeling that KP really doesn't want to draft anyone in the first round this year. I think we are trying to save money for free agency. Probably kept the pick just in case someone they really liked dropped.
