hes not as good as they thought he'll be when they drafted him. shot like 36% from the field. Hes not a bad defender but hasn't shown much scoring ability. I wouldn't call him a bust yet but hes kind of heading down the Antonio Wright path. At best he'll be a Tashayn Prince but hes no where near that yet.

Evans was a solid pick but its not like hes a steal or anything, Petro is not really that good at all I know hes young but he actually took a big step back last year in his development and he hasn't really improved since coming into the league

Evans is a good player to have off the bench but I don't see why your so excited by him, hes really nothing special I wouldn't be telling everyone "shame on you" for not picking him. Hes better than a few on list but he pretty much belongs in this tier.
