I agree with RoyToy, we should have drafted Davis instead of Aldridge.

And Lebron instead of Batum but 99% of you said no, draft the french guy instead of Lebron. That's why RoyToy and I are the 1%!

Wait a minute? Batum might actually be a better deal and win more championships. This argument ain't over yet!

One will win French scoring titles and the other will win championships.

Or Tyrus Thomas should have never been traded to the Bulls on draft night? Steve Nash would've been perfect off the bench and Spencer Hawes is way better than Chris Kaman...man the hits just keep on coming. Trading Andre Miller for Raymond Felton was a great move? Making Jamal Crawford a starting point guard would work? Elliot Williams was going to be 6th man of the year?

to be fair... elliot had a lot of promise, but also a lot of injuries...

I was a guy who thought he'd be great, he's healthy now but not having much impact or getting minutes so...I was wrong about Elliot. He's not a top 6th man and probably never will be

he was also on a 76ers team that was purposely tanking. there was really no incentive for him to do well in a culture that seemed to enjoy losing.

Playing on a lottery team he should have cracked the rotation and had an impact even if they were tanking and he really didn't. He's no longer a rookie, he's playing now to carve out a career and gain interest around the league. Luke Babbit is having more of an impact than Elliot and Luke hasn't tasted the playoffs either.

fair enough. where is babs nowadays, anyway?

I still look at him as a five but looks like Anthony Davis has set the bar high here very early. Let's see what LA has a response.

Hopefully we don't use LA too much this season. I wanna see him get his 20/10 but on less shots and less minutes we need his silky jumpshot shooting ass at 100% for the playoffs

LA always brings it vs the Thunder but LA won't get Davis's insane stat line.

Not sure why we need to reduce his minutes and shots to get that. He seemed fine in the playoffs last year.

Well, he won't be playing against the Orlando Magic, either. The Thunder may be short handed, but they are still way better than the Magic. I'm not concerned about individual stats tonight. I just want the team to take care of business and get the win.

It's fortunate that our superstar PF isn't concerned with individual accolades for the price of team chemistry. I'm hoping he develops into a Duncan type player that will do what is required to win the ball game.

Yeah but he also came into the playoffs fresh because of being out for awhile close to playoff time. I just don't think we can give him too big a workload from here on out in the regular season.

Its easy for us to say he isnt concerned with individual accolades but the team does give him 15-25 shots a game every game. What would he do if he only got 10 a game for a long period of time? We can assume he would be fine with it but we never really know.

Never said he isn't concerned with individual accolades. I said not concerned with individual accolades for the price of team chemistry! There is a big difference.

And I think he would be fine with anything that brings this team a title. I can bet on that
