Nba league pass for Blazers

Hope this is not in wrong spot, but was wondering if anyone in Portland, Vancouver area has league pass and if Blazer Games were usually blacked out?
I am on directv and would like to sign up for the Half season pass but wanna check with fellow blazer fans first.

if you live in an area where the games are "offered" (comcast), no you can't get them on league pass.
