NBA league pass not working?

I couldn't get it to launch yesterday, after it was earlier in the week. I posted a ticket, and they replied with this:

Dear Customer,

Thanks for contacting NBA League Pass Broadband. We apologize for any inconvenience this maybe causing you. NBA League Pass Broadband does not include the NBA Preseason Games.

NBA League Pass Broadband will officially launch, and the video player enabled on October 30, 2012.

NBA League Pass Broadband Choice customers will be able to select up to five teams at that time.

You are not alone! This has happened to me the past 4 seasons. Broadband does not kick in until the regular season officially starts.
