I just want to say, Orion Bailey, that I don't regard you as some kind of enemy--the fact that you believe that LBGT shouldn't have any rights abridged is creditable. I just think your basis for disapproval of homosexuality could use a bit more examination. Having strict definitions for how parts of the human body are "intended" to be used doesn't fit with the wide diversity to which humans have applied their bodies (and minds) for eons.

The real solution is to just hand out shovels, toilet paper and very large umbrellas and require each establishment to have a garden with squatting benches ..NO TOILET SEGREGATION....this would end perversions like stall peeping or even eye contact in public....better yet...make laws that allow only people I trust to use any public facility..that'll show em'!

There is always room for growth and evolution. My disagreement with it is based on the inability to reproduce. For a society to maintain we can't evolve into homosexuals or we will die off. Thqt is really the only basis I find for my disagreement. Other than that, I honestly don't care whether it is a deamed as a physical or homonal imbalance... not imbalance... difference? or whether its a psychological one. I personally believe its a bit of both and cant be generalized, but only examined on an individual basis.

If the NBA is so serious about making the city/state pay financially then they should just pull the Hornets out of NC altogether. Otherwise it amounts to little more than half-assed grandstanding. Not denying that one bit, but without science it would be an impossibility, like it was up until 40 or so years ago. If we have a major catastrophe and our foundation crumbles and we are sent back to caveman times without electricity, then we will once again have to rely on intercourse as a sole source for procreation.

Again, I am not saying I am against or disagree with anyone else on whether it is right or wrong. I think only the individual can answer that for themselves and society should respect that. Again, it doesn't mean I have to believe it is the right direction for humans as a race, whether it be instinctive for the individual or not.

Humans aren't "evolving" into homosexuals. Homosexuality is a minority trait, one that has always been present (just not always expressed publicly in the past)--in a world that's actually dealing with overpopulation, I think it's hard to argue that a few people who don't reproduce (without the aid of science, at least) is harming the world at all. You really don't have to worry about a human population that can't reproduce itself forward.

All good, I don't think I explained my point of view clearly. Poor choice of words in some posts. I think we are al closer to agreeing than disagreeing, other than for my opinion on the continuation of the human race, but then maybe that isn't the worst thing for mother earth either, lol.

I mean no disrespect to anyone who disagrees with me and do not think any differently of anyone who has different views. Hell I told King if he is in town during the season to hit me up, Id take him to a game and buy him a beer because I love his fandom. I might not see eye to eye with him on everything and one of those things might be our view point on how we continue as a human race if everyone were to evolve into a homosexual life. I don't have a clue and his stance has no relevance of my respect for him as a human being.

There are people out there who can believe that Homosexuality is not the best thing in the long run for the evolution of the human race while at the same time believe that everyone should have their individual right to be who they feel they are, regardless of potential pressure from either side. I am one of them.
I am in support of gay rights and individual freedoms. I think this supersedes one's opinion on what might be best for the long run. If it didn't then I would want to be some Hitler or something. lol.

Hmmm, I would question that without statistical data. There is no doubt that it has always been around and there is a validity to the term "coming out of the closet". But with that said, I think there has been a descent surge from the 60's on.

I see fathers bring their young daughter into the men's restroom often. It's much safer than sending a young girl into the women's restroom by herself. You keep posting this scenario of what if a man goes into a women's restroom and flashes his penis at a young girl. What the hell is a young girl doing in the restroom unattended? If the girl is old enough to use a restroom by herself then she should know what to do in stranger danger type of situations. Far worse things can happen then seeing a penis.
