What's the point of making money if everything is going to go to hell? Shouldn't you be buying guns and stuff?

Yes...Minnesota and New England also needed Randy Moss, but you see what direction they went. Hell, thats with a superstar, and we're talking about a very good SG.
 
Roy has made it clear he'd rather return to Spain and play the uptempo style they enjoy there.

And he misses his little buddy Sergio tremendously.

The Choad should stop this charade and simply waive him.
 
OK, if we're gonna talk about astrology and the markets, let me tell you about my experience this summer. I don't usually follow astrology but i knew a guy named Arch Crawford had been fairly successful (he also uses technical indicators). And he said there would be a catastrophic alignment of the planets around August 1st, an event that happened only every thousand years. He said he could practically guarantee a severe crash in the time period July through October. Since some other guys who do cycle work thought the same thing, i decided this one time i would try this stuff. I didn't go short the market but i closed out a lot of long positions and also sold a commodities fund. Since the market kept going up that cost me a lot of potential profits.

That's why I told folks to buy gold and silver August of last year. I thought then that Hyperinflation would kick in by now. It hasn't but Quantitative Easing part deux has all but guaranteed it. Look up Mook's 401k post if you don't believe me. FWIW. Gold was about $940 an ounce when I recommended it it's about $1420 this morning. Silver was around $15 I think? It's almost $29 this morning. My money will be just fine.

You guys can laugh and I will continue to make money. By the way that Arch Crawford call was terrible and is why I use Western Astrology for personality stuff almost exclusively and Vedic astrology for material world predictions. Also I don't buy "guns and stuff" for certain ethical reasons and the belief that they attract violence. I strongly support people's 2nd ammendment rights, but it's not something I'm into. I don't see a Mad Max Scenario, more like Argentina in the early 2000's when they went hyper.

The 45k is on the estate money I manage (as of the end of June with about 35k of those profits since I opened the stock accounts in late August) my personal retirement portfolio was at 12k in January and is close to 20k now.

Andre has saved this teams collective ass more than a handful of times since he's been here! Roys ego is now bigger than his game! The irony is Miller has no ego, is consistent, effective and healthy every game! Take notes B Roy, you're playing with a PRO start actiong like one!!
 
Does anyone ever hear Kobe bitching about Fisher? The sad thing will be, if we trade Andre "HUGE MISTAKE" Brandon will be exposed as a very average ball handler and we'll be looking for a PG again! If it's true brandon can't play with Greg too, than it might be time to send BRoy to a team where he's the only option like the NETS.... His 8 point performance against the Lakers put him on the trading block for me. Sorry your go to guy can't be that bad!!!

Well, it had to happen. We savaged Bill Walton because he wouldn't play hurt, we bitched about Clyde because he wasn't Michael Jordan and now it's Brandon's turn.

It's nice to know that in all my years of being a Blazer fan, nothing has changed.
